Delivery & Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) will usually be dispatched the same working day where stock is available. Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


UK Delivery

Standard Delivery
• Delivery time: 1–3 working days
• Available across mainland United Kingdom.
• Orders are shipped using trusted couriers including DPD, APC, Royal Mail or similar carriers.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product size and delivery location.


Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100 (excluding certain oversized items).

Free delivery will automatically be applied at checkout when your order qualifies.


Large Equipment & Pallet Deliveries

Large items such as:
• Electric grooming tables
• Dog baths
• Large cages
• Salon equipment

may be delivered via pallet courier or specialist freight service.

Important information:
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days.
• The courier may contact you to arrange a delivery date or time window.
• Pallet deliveries are usually kerbside delivery only.
• Customers are responsible for arranging assistance to move heavy items into their premises.


Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Additional delivery charges may apply to the following locations:
• Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Channel Islands

If additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery cost.


Delivery Responsibility

Please inspect all deliveries before signing for them.

If the packaging is damaged:
1. Note the damage on the courier delivery record.
2. Take photographs where possible.
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report delivery damage within this time may affect our ability to resolve the issue with the courier.


Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available:
• The courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
• Alternatively, a redelivery attempt will be made.

If parcels are returned to us due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


International Delivery

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom.
